Terms of Service
These terms explain what you get when you work with Direct is Great LLC (“we,” “us” or “our”) at directisgreat.com, and what we ask of you. We have kept them short and plain.
What you get
We build a direct-booking website for your vacation rentals from your Airbnb listings, using the template you choose, or a custom design agreed on an intro call. Your site includes hosting and an SSL (https) certificate. If you need a domain name, we will register one for you at no extra charge and confirm the name with you first. Email support is included.
Price and when you pay
The price is $50 per month for up to 20 properties and $75 per month for more than 20 properties. We do not take your credit card until you have reviewed your site, any changes are complete, and you are ready to go live.
How long it takes
Your site is ready in 7 business days or less, as long as you give us the information we need and answer our questions in a timely manner. We aim to get you live as quickly as possible.
Satisfaction guarantee
If you do not like your site in the first 3 months, you get your money back. No questions asked.
Changing or cancelling
To add something, change a detail or cancel, email us at contact@directisgreat.com.
Bookings, payments and your Hospitable account
Guest bookings and payments are handled by Hospitable, not by us. We do not process guest payments. Your security deposit, release of liability and other security features remain in your Hospitable account. To take direct bookings you need a Hospitable plan that supports Direct Booking, and Hospitable sets its own fees and terms.
Your content
You confirm that you own, or have the right to use, the photos, text and logo on your listings and that you give us. You remain responsible for your listings, your house rules and your guests’ stays.

How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
