When do I pay?
Not until you are happy. We do not take your credit card until you have reviewed your site, any changes are complete, and you are ready to go live.
How much does it cost?
$50 per month for up to 20 properties, and $75 per month for more than 20 properties. Email support is included. With either plan you can get started right away, or book a 20-minute intro call first.
Are there extra booking fees?
Our price is the flat monthly fee shown above. Guest payments are processed by Hospitable, so any payment-processing fees or Hospitable plan costs are set by Hospitable.
How long does it take?
Your site is ready in 7 business days or less. As long as you provide the information we need and answer any questions we may have in a timely manner. We strive to get you live as quickly as possible.
What if I don't like my site?
We guarantee your satisfaction. If you don't like your site in the first 3 months, you get your money back, no questions asked.
Do I still use Airbnb?
Yes. Your Airbnb listings stay exactly as they are. Your site gives guests another way to find you and book you directly.
Do I need to leave Hospitable?
No. You keep your Hospitable account and use it just as you do today. Your site works with it, and your calendar stays in sync.

Can I change the look later?
Yes. Your content works with every template, so switching to a different look is a rebuild, not a rewrite.
What about house rules and legal pages?
Each site includes your house rules (as in Airbnb) and a privacy policy. Security deposit, release of liability, and other security features still remain in your Hospitable account.
